What are the things that I can do with fizy application?

• You can search any performer, song, list, video and album title,
• Access fizy lists prepared specifically for you by the fizy curator team,

• Watch live concerts of your favorite performers over fizy and access the contents which are special to fizy,

• Share your favorite songs over the social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc),
• Listen to music without internet connection, thanks to its offline feature.

Who can use fizy application?

fizy, is an application which everybody can use. You can start listening to music by choosing the fizy membership you desire over the membership section.

Is fizy a paid service?

You may download fizy mobile phone application as free of charge. You can use fizy as free of charge for a period of 1 month after you log in, and enjoy all the features. When your free membership expires, you may select the membership option appropriate for you and continue using fizy.

What are the things I can do with fizy Radio Membership?

With fizy Radio Membership, you may listen to the radio channels included in the ‘radios’ tab and 30 second versions of the songs as free of charge.

May I have information about the paid memberships?

Membership types and prices can be found on My Membership page within the application. You may purchase the listening package you prefer in order to listen to music. The membership fee in paid memberships is collected as monthly/weekly/daily with respect to the concerned period based on the membership type.

Do I use my mobile internet package when I listen to music over fizy application?

For Turkcell subscribers, fizy subscriptions are given with free internet data as a gift that can only be used in fizy. The data amount in the gift might depend on the subscription type. Internet usage after consuming the data given as a gift, unless the users do not benefit from another related campaign, is charged by their own internet provider’s data tariff. Standard internet fee is applied when logging into or using third party applications such as Twitter, Facebook or Youtube or for some integrations within the application (Google Analytics, Adjust etc.) if the user has a mobile internet package, such fee is deducted from the package. The internet use of the subscribers of the other operators due to the use of the application is charged by their operators and their relevant tariffs. The users may get detailed information from their operators concerning this issue.

I want to listen to music at places where there is no internet. What should I do?

What I recommend for you is: fizy Premium Membership. With fizy Premium membership, you can export the fizy lists composed of your favorite songs to offline and you can listen to them over the application when your mobile internet is turned off.

How offline listening mode is used?

• You may use the offline feature in order to listen to your customized lists, favorite songs and videos at locations where there is no internet.
• Select the list, song or video which you want to export to offline.
• For the lists, activate “Listen Offline” button on the page and wait. An orange icon appears on the song for the songs that are exported to offline. In order to export your favorite song/video to offline, click on the three dots at the right of the song/video, add to your lists and export.
• Now you can listen to the lists, songs or videos you exported to offline, without any mobile internet.

Do the paid memberships purchased over App Store/Google Play Store by In App Purchase option continue in the following months?

Yes. The monthly fee of the service is collected monthly from the credit card registered in the relevant Store until it is cancelled in the relevant Store by the user. Your operator cannot access and view your credit card data with respect to the purchases made over the Stores. The security of the information is provided by the company of the relevant Store.

How can I cancel the paid memberships which I purchased over App Store/Google Play Store?

If you subscribed for your paid membership over the Stores, you are required to make the cancellation over the Stores also. The cancellation of such memberships cannot be performed over your operator.

I want to hide the contents which I can listen to only for 30 seconds, what should I do?

You can take the following steps in order to hide the contents to which you can only listen for 30 seconds.

1. Click on the “Settings” icon on My Music tab.
2. Activate “Hide Non-Playable Content” button.

Can the other users see my customized lists?

You may share the user lists you prepare with all fizy users. You have to login to fizy application and create your profile and set your list as public in order to enable all fizy users see your list.

When does my paid subscription start?

Your paid subscription starts immediately after purchasing, even if you are in the trial period.

What happens if I initiate paid subscription during the trial period?

Your trial package will continue till the end of its period, however the paid subscription will also start and the subscription fee will be received on the date you initiate.
